Self Discovery Microdosing Session- $175
All it takes is one deep dive. At Energy Wellness we are devoted to holding space as you unravel in true nature with plant medicine. The session begins with a body scan which leads into a mediation where the plant is honored and introduced. From there we allow the medicine to show us what the earth wants us to see, wants us to know. The clarity the medicine provides is a unique experience. Various elements such as music, journaling and movement are offered to allow us to feel, release and see what we often bury deep in our minds and in our hearts. This connection with nature often takes place in outdoor controlled environments and are preferably scheduled 2 weeks in advance.

Energy Healing is a holistic modality to restore and cleanse the energy in ones body. At the cellular level, our body is sourced from energy but stress, certain experiences, low quality food and other circumstances disrupt the flow of our Qi (Life Force energy). This can cause a shift in our body (usually metabolically) which can resonate as inflammation and other diseases. When we try and heal with medications instead of fixing the root cause (an external problem now reflecting internally) we block our bodies ability to heal itself. By receiving energy healing, we invite Good Energy back into our body. Acupuncture uses a similar and more invasive method to restore Qi by targeting problem areas. *A reiki session does not require touch when performed.

Moon Cycles & Menstruation
When you learn how to sync your menstrual cycle to the moon, it's often referred to as aligning with lunar cycles or engaging in cyclical living based on the moon's phases. In our Hormones in Harmony Program we learn about your body to understand is connection to nature. We harmonize and listen to its needs through patterns. While there's varying scientific evidence, many traditions and spiritual practices emphasize this connection. The idea is that your body's natural rhythms can be influenced by the moon's light and gravitational pull, and by becoming aware of these connections, you can better understand and honor your own cyclical nature and use it to enhance your life in every area. This is also fundamental if you are planning or trying to conceive.
A cacao ceremony is a mindful and heart-centered experience that invites participants to connect with themselves and with the spirit of cacao. It's a journey of self-discovery and emotional well-being.
What do we use? Ceremonial-Grade Cacao:
This is not your typical hot chocolate. It's made from minimally processed & ethically sourced cacao beans, retaining their natural properties. We make sure to provide our clients with ethically sourced cacao. We prepare the cacao 48 hours prior to serving by honoring it and setting intentions during its preparation. Microdosing involves taking very small doses of plant medicine. The goal is not to induce a full psychedelic experience, but rather to achieve subtle improvements in mood, focus, or creativity.
The idea is that microdosing enhances the effectiveness of therapy/coaching by:
